How do I know which nail size to order?
Please refer to our Nail Sizing and Shape Guide with details on finding your correct nail size. You may also purchase a Nail Sizing Kit ensure the perfect fit for your custom press-on nail set.
How do I apply my nails?
Our press-on nails are applied with nail glue- which is included with each press-on nail set. You may also apply your nails with sticky nail tabs (not included) for a more temporary wear.
How long will the nails stay on?
With proper nail prep, application and care, our nail sets can stay on for up to two weeks or longer- depending on how rough you are on your nails. Nail application/removal instructions are included with each nail order.
What steps can I take to take care of my nail set?
To ensure you get the best wear out of your press-on nail set, we highly recommend following the nail prep instructions included in your order, use the provided nail adhesive glue, avoid soaking your nails in water for too long (as it may cause your nails to loosen prematurely), avoid being too rough on your nails, and follow the nail removal instructions to protect your nail set for future wear- as well as your natural nails.
Can I reuse my nail set?
Yes! Each set of Flourish Nails is reusable. (Any excess nail glue that is built up on the back of the used nails can be gently filed off with a nail file or electric nail file.)
Do you offer replacement nails for lost/damaged nails?
Yes. Please reach out to us via email at: flourishnailsllc@gmail.com, or through IG/FB direct message to request a replacement nail.
The nails I ordered are too big/small. What can I do?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we are not held responsible if the wrong nail size is ordered. Please refer to our Nail Sizing Chart or purchase a Nail Sizing Kit from our shop to ensure the best fit for your nails.
*If the size is off on just one or a few nails, please reach out to us to order single, replacement nails.
Do you offer custom nail designs?
Yes! Custom sets are available by request. If you have a custom idea in mind, or you would like for us to recreate a nail design, please send a direct message and we will confirm pricing and get started on your custom press-on order.
**Please note that a custom invoice will be emailed to you and must be paid before we can start creating your custom set. Photos will be sent to you after the nail set is completed and before it is shipped.
Can I make custom changes to a nail set?
Yes, nails from our featured collection can be customized to your liking. You may request a different color, matte or glossy finish, or a shorter length by making a note in the order notes section at checkout. For bigger changes that include adding bling/crystals, etc., please contact us first to approve the request.
How many nails are included in each set, and what's all included?
Each set includes 10 nails, and you will receive a complimentary Nail Prep Kit that includes: 1 Nail Glue, 1 Mini Nail File, 1 Wooden Cuticle Pusher, and 2 Alcohol Prep Wipes. Nail application/removal instructions are included as well.
